We do not spend much on advertising Mascotlicious as we feel that we would much rather spend the money on improving our services and value we bring to you as a customer. Do you have a physical shop for me to choose the bags
As of now, Mascotlicious is an online-only store. We try our best to give as much information as possible on each product page

Where do you ship to?
We deliver to all of Singapore and most of Asia.

How much is delivery?
Courier Services is charged at $3 with purchases below $65. If you spend above $65, you will qualify for free local delivery! (SG) We also offer flat rate shipping for international orders.

Do you provide free delivery?
Oh yes we do! Free courier delivery in Singapore Island-wide for purchases above $65.

How long will the bags take to reach me?
For Singapore customers, estimated 3-5 business days.
For International customers, estimated 8-15 business days. Depending on location.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS

I have received a defected/wrong item. What should I do?
We apologise for sending you the defected/wrong item. Please drop us an email at  sales@mascotlicious.com within 7 days of receiving your bag.
